Any and all books by Kristin Hannah are ones that you should snatch up off the library book shelf. They are very good.
Read: Firefly Lane, Winter Garden and Comfort & Joy.
Nicholas Sparks is another one of those, “I will read any and all of his books until the day that I die” types. I understand that he can be very predicable, but I have had the pleasure of meeting him multiple times, and I am just in love.
Read: Lucky One. Others I love, Safe Haven, The Notebook, A Walk to Remember.
Nora Roberts: What people read before 50 Shades of Grey. Read her Bride Quartet, and Inn Boonsboro Series. Love.
Emily Giffin is always a go-to. They are quick reads, but very funny. I would suggest one of these for a plane ride or a trip to the beach! Read: Something Borrowed, Something Blue.
Luanne Rice: The Geometry of Sisters, and The Deep Blue Sea for Beginners. (but you must read those two in order, they go together) You really need to read her books old –> new, because she re-uses characters from book to book. Also Read: What Matters Most.
Harry Potter. No words necessary.

I’ve read most of these except for LuAnn Rice and the Harry Potter books. Can’t wait to start LR…my husband read all of HP, and Brendan has read almost all of them.
